April 2009 – BallyC at the Reston Market in Reston, Virginia

BallyC will be at the Reston Market at Lake Anne in Reston, Virginia on Saturday mornings from May through October 2008 to tell market goers about our services and answer questions about Irish family documents, and sell original Irish photographs, Irish family crests, and other interesting Irish products.

August 2008 – BallyC at the Maryland Irish Festival

BallyC will be at the Maryland Irish Festival at the Timonium Fairgrounds in Timonium, Maryland on Saturday and Sunday, November 8-9, 2008 to present Irish Genealogy seminars each day, tell festival goers about our services and answer questions about Irish family documents.

BallyC will be at the Fairfax Irish Festival at Van Dyk Park in Fairfax, Virginia on Saturday, September 27, 2008 to tell festival goers about our services and answer questions about Irish family documents.

BallyC will be at the Baltimore City Irish Festival in the Canton neigborhood of Baltimore, Maryland on Saturday, September 13, 2008 to tell festival goers about our services and answer questions about Irish family documents.

September 2007 - Famous Actor Finds His Westport, County Mayo Family Roots

BRITISH actor, John Hurt traces his roots to Westport in a BBC celebrity show which will be broadcast in September.

Westport House is the venue for the episode of ‘Who Do You Think You Are’ which helps celebrities uncover their family roots. Assisted by Mayo-born author, Anne Chambers, the show will be broadcast in September.

Over the course of the show, viewers will see Oscar nominated and BAFTA award winning actor, John Hurt and his older brother, Michael, unravel the family secret which connected his great-grandmother to the Browne family of Westport House.
